As I return home on these dark evenings, I often hear the ‘hoo hoo’ of owls. What a beautiful soothing sound after a hard day. Although I don’t always see them, they are most probably Tawnies as they are the most common in our woodland areas in UK. Their feathers make them blend in completely, especially next to the bark of trees!! How convenient that camouflage is as they search out their prey. This bird does not migrate but stays put and gets extremely territorial as a result. She will nest in the hollow of a tree to protect the young, and is of course nocturnal, hunting in the dead of night with that supervision she possesses and the ability to fly with those large wings silently. Used as a symbol of wisdom for obvious reasons.!!

What a lovely evening last night with our friend Jeanette Foote.!! The energy was high, as she reminded of those angels and helpers around us, and she brought us so many messages!! Thank you Jeanette!! It was a lovely time along with our prayers and readings and healing to complete the evening.. Thank you everyone.

Prayer of the week is for everyone who is facing challenges with this crisis of energy costs skyrocketing, and so many worried, struggling to cope. We must also remember this trickles down to our animal companions, as some families are making heart breaking decisions to re home their beloved pets as things get tougher. May there be a wonderful outcome for all concerned.

Calendar up next.

Have a beautiful week everyone!!

Put your ‘woolies’ on. You know a frost is coming!!
