It was our beautiful mid week gathering on zoom again last night, and we enjoyed that brief time with readings giving such pause for thought, beautiful prayers to lift us and music to meditate on.

The Healing on zoom followed, and is always so special.

Thank you Everyone!

Please continue to pray for Mother Earth.

It is our beautiful Healing Service Sunday in Chawton.

You don’t want to miss that.

See you there!

The Rhododendrons are in bloom!! It is official. This stunning plant is blooming everywhere, and my how stunning she is.

Her colour is dependent not on the soil, but the flavonoids within. High content equals a bluer tone, and low, a more reddish one, and add to the equation more or less sun, and you can get quite a variety of colours.

She dates back to the cretaceous days, that is the time when dinosaurs roamed the earth plane, but she can be poisonous, so I hope she wasn’t responsible for finishing them off!

She does not do well in a hot climate, and likes heavy rainfall,… lucky for us! Honey bees are affected by her poison, but the Bumble bee with his shorter tongue fares much better, just loving her for her nectar and pollen. Her beauty has inspired and symbolized so much,, but I will take ‘New beginnings and fresh starts.’

Well we are always doing something new, and last night was no different. Warren Jones was unable to be with us, and so one of our own, and up for the first time solo, Chris Elliot took the service, and gave an inspirational address, and then brought our lovely messages. She was fantastic!! Well done Chris!!

It was a beautiful night, chaired by the ‘other’ Chris, that is Chris Shore who ran the evening with her usual warmth and kindness. Thank you Chris.

Thank you to those who said prayers and gave readings. Thank you Julie on music, Carole for baking another Divine cake. Thank you to Food Angel Nerina, and thank you to our Healers,- always on hand.

Prayer of the week.

Please pray for Mother Earth. She is our physical home, and we must take care of her!

Calendar up next!!

Have a beautiful week Everyone!! Enjoy the sun between the rainfall.

We were fortunate indeed last night with the deluge of rain, that we only had to pull up a chair and click onto zoom for our lovely mid week gathering.

It was as usual a lovely evening to hear the words of prayers and readings and also the sound of music fall upon us, giving us food for thought and a moments rest in sometimes a busy week.

Thank you Everyone.

Please continue to pray for the volunteers in this world. Always helping in whatever way they can.

Our own Chris Elliot is with us on Sunday in Chawton !!

See you there!!

I think we were all struck last evening with the stunning array of flowers brought in for us to enjoy, and I was especially captivated by the stunning Red Amaryllis. He was not only beautiful but absolutely velvet- like to the touch, and so apt for White Sunday or Pentecost.

They are cultivated to bloom over Christmas because of their colour, but of course it is not really natural for them to bloom at that time, as they are bloomers from March onwards. His scent is very subtle and gentle in comparison to his bold beauty. The plants we refer to as Amaryllis is UK are generally from South America, where as the Belladonna lily hails from South Africa. He comes in so many colours, but the red is stunning. A botanist once told me, if you plant anything stunning and red in a garden, remember to use sparingly as he will grab your eye!

What a weekend. A beautiful Coffee and Clairvoyance morning Saturday thanks to Jeanette Foote and Ann Marie Hogan as our Guests working their tails off giving readings. Our House Mediums Nerina and Steve also giving readings, Barbara and Ken offering their healing, and Just Divine baked goods from Carole, along with plenty of coffee and tea!! It was a lovely morning and enjoyed by All!! Thank you for all the help received in making it happen!!

Well if the flowers completely grabbed our eyes for their beauty last night, the loving family feeling grabbed our hearts. We had a lovely evening of shared thoughts and beautiful messages from Steve Lidgett Williams. He did an outstanding job, as unfortunately Jim Walker was unable to be with us. Our own Barbara chaired the evening beautifully, and we were blessed with beautiful prayers, readings and music. and let’s not forget plenty of baked goods left from Saturday awaiting us after the service.

Thank you Everyone. Thank you Food Angels, Sue and Nerina. Carole one of our bakers, Julie on music, Healers standing by afterwards and all the set up and break down. It was such a lovely night, rounding off just a very successful weekend indeed!!

Prayer of the week.

Please pray for all the volunteers. So many people help in this world. You see them during crisis. You see them at every turn stepping forward to help those in need, from the large scale catastrophes to the every day situations with people and animals.
