Last night in Chawton Steve chaired well for us, and Rob gave our address and messages!! We had a lovely evening.

A cheery winter Pansy to brighten up the start to this New Year which has been filled with endless and I do mean endless rain!! The cold snap has been promised and there is another chill in the air coming, but these hardy flowers will manage through it all and keep us in hope of a Spring time.
Our Garden Pansies in general, actually originated in Buckinghamshire in the 1800’s. where a Lord Gambier and his gardener William Thompson began to cross Viola species. All Pansies, winter and otherwise, are very hardy despite their pretty colourful look. They are also able sometimes to come back for a second bloom, so two for the price of one makes it a favourite.
The name Pansy comes from the French word Pense’e for thought, and we all took a moment to be in thought as we started the service last night, and so we had a Rededication, stating our beliefs to take us forward. We had a lovely time, as we heard beautiful readings and prayers and sang hymns, and it was just so nice to see everyone after the Christmas/ New Year break!!
Steve chaired us well, and Rob gave our address helping us to understand Clairvoyance not from just our perspective, but from those who join us. He gave some lovely messages for some of us, and explained things as he went along. Just a lovely evening with more yummy cake. (We are so blessed to have great cake makers!!)
Thank you Julie on music, Healers on hand after the service, and everyone who just makes this happen in Chawton on a Sunday evening. We are back!!
Prayer of the week.
Please pray for our Church as we travel through this year. We are small but we want to do some great things this year!!
Calendar up tomorrow.
Wrap up. I think it’s going to get chilly!!

We are almost at mid winter and a few days later it will be Christmas. We celebrate a boy child who has brought us understanding through his teachings, healing through his Divine Presence and Light, and a whole new way of looking at this physical plane and the challenges we often have before us., pulling us closer to goodness and The Father of us all.
In the Nativity setting, from the wealth and education of the Magi, to the simple tending of sheep by the Shepherds along with an unlikely couple, Joseph, older but a wise good man, and a simple young woman, pure, gentle and so humble in heart, we are reminded about what really counts. so may we hold fast to this vision of Love and Joy this season.
We had such a beautiful Divine service last night in Chawton. Beautiful prayers, readings, and many extra special readings for Christmas, then carols, and lovely yummies from our food angels.
Thank you everyone who has made this such an incredible year for our Church. So many people help to make this happen.
Prayer for this season.
Please pray for Peace in our world. For those far away in war torn nations and circumstances, to Peace in our homes. Peace with each other. Peace with all those other kinds who live and share experience on this plane of existence.
