There is nothing like a scented lure for pollination, and The Evening Primrose especially does not disappoint. She comes in pink or the more common yellow that I have spied again in the front garden, and her scent is heavenly.

The blooms open towards evening as a lure not for butterflies, but for Moths to carry their golden cargo of pollen. The Moths in turn get a wonderful energy source, and it is indeed a very evolved interdependent relationship.

The Common yellow is biennial, and flowers every other year. ( I wondered where they went. ) Blooms will die but the plant will last till Autumn. She hails from The Americas and Native Americans made poultice out of her, as she has many healing properties.

According to legend, if you want to see a fairy, you must first eat a Primrose. I guess any Primrose will do… ‘ Not right now. Haven’t had my dinner..’

We had a lovely Clairvoyant evening last night in Chawton. Something a little different for our ‘In House’ night. After lovely readings, prayers and an Address by Rob, we got a treat of Rob and a Clairvoyant Fledgling, namely Christine Elliot, out front bringing the messages. And also two fledglings, Nessie and Alison giving one on one readings in the back of the building accompanied by our House Mediums Steve and Nerina, as a way of training.

It was a lovely learning evening for all concerned, in a wonderful family atmosphere. Thank you everyone.!! Everyone was supporting and learning in one way or another.

Prayer for the week.

Please continue to pray for Russia. Something has got to give soon.

Calendar up later.

Have a beautiful week everyone. It’s still humid. Don’t be deceived by cloudy skies! Drink.
